Yes, this is another one that is partially torn down awaiting for me to have some spare time to finish it.  The hold up is the hand-wheel that lifts the cutter head.   The belt guard is in the way and I may have to cut it in half to gain access to the handle to pull it off.
It does run and the blades are in great shape, it should be a very nice planner once it's finished.
