= My Jeep =
That's what you get when you mix a 91-YJ, with a 83 CJ -nose & a 98 TJ -motor

Here is some photos of my 1991 Jeep. In good Jeep fashion, she is fashioned from many years and is such a mix of parts I joke with people that it's a 1983 to 1997 Jeep! As you will see in the photos the largest change short of the color, was the installation of the original CJ front clip. I have never been a fan of those Dodge Aries headlights the YJ's used so I built the Jeep the way I wanted it.
As a breakdown, the paperwork calls her a 1991 YJ Wrangler. The nose is from a 1983 CJ, The hard doors are also from a CJ and the hard top is a YJ The motor is a 2.5L-FI from a 1998 TJ, and the transmission and axles are from the YJ. Not much of this poor thing remains original, but that's half the fun of owning a Jeep! Whew!! Did you follow all that??
The body, paint and all mods were done by me. The paint is Mack Truck red (It's cheap and looks good) I will add some pages down the road showing all the process this went thru when I get the time, but feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions.
PS.. I have a zip file with all the photos that can be downloaded here: =zip file=

| This is pretty much where it is at now, I ran out of paint and the doors were painted to match the hardtop with spray can bed liner. The doors & top come off around Easter and stay off until Thanksgiving so the spend a lot of time hanging around (pun intended) |
