May 2001 - Cruiser is finally Painted
Due to the bad weather this past fall, the bodyshop opted to wait on painting my Cruiser. Considering it was going in for storage all winter, I waited. Early May, it went in, and I finally have it back.

Here are some shots. All that's left to install are the windshield hold downs on the hood, and the front bib and grill piece.

Notice my dog keeping an eye on the yard :-)

The paint shop either forgot they were only painting the front half, or decided to be nice to me and paint the whole truck. The rear end looks nice in this picture, but up close it's still all rusty, but at least it's all 1 color!!!

Yes, I'm a dork....

Future Plans.... They never end....
Tub
This Fall I hope to do the Tub over. Whether it's an aluminum tub or hand made, I'm not sure.
Body Mounts.
I have already purchased mounts and will get to those this summer.
Shackles.
I need to install longer shackles. So that will be a project this summer.
Breathers
I definitely need to extend the breathers - easy task, just gotta find some time
Install Manifold
My current exhaust manifold does a nice job of filling the cab with exhaust. I've got a replacement, just have to install it.
Install Toyota Carb
Time to get rid of the weber. Not the Grill, the carb.
Get other body parts prepped
Well, I've got an entire hard top and doors that I need blasted. Due to cost, I'll be doing this bit by bit. Hopefully by Spring 2002 I'll be ready to paint them.

Thanks for listening everyone. You can send any comments to IMWinston@Hotmail.com.

The Removal and installation of the tub will be documented here as well, so stay tuned!
